We’re experts at marketing listings for our sellers and at finding just the right homes for our buyers. We’re also strong negotiators whose top priority is protecting the interests of our clients.

We’ve each served on multiple local non-profit boards, committees and commissions over the years, developing a deep network of community connections in the South Sound. These community connections lend credibility to our listings, helping us secure top dollar for our seller clients. Our local knowledge also proves useful with buyer clients, particularly when they’re new to the area.

We recognize that real estate isn’t a “one size fits all” business. Different clients have different needs and expectations. By limiting our business to 15 clients between the two of us at any given time, we’re able to tailor the services that we provide and meet or exceed our clients’ expectations.
A Unique Combination of Skills
We each developed a unique and valuable set of skills prior to our careers in real estate. Jeff has an MBA in marketing and extensive sales and marketing experience with some of the top companies in the nation. Mark has a Master’s degree in human genetics and years of health care counseling experience. Together, we offer an astute understanding of what sells and a thoughtful sensitivity to the practical and emotional concerns of our clients.

Restoration Experience
Jeff has restored more than 55 historic homes since 1993, including dozens in Tacoma’s North End. There aren’t many construction-related issues that Jeff hasn’t experienced firsthand. He’s a valuable resource to our clients when it comes to renovations and home improvements.
