Jeff and Mark recognize that different clients have different needs and expectations. By limiting their business at any given time to 15 clients total, they’re able to tailor the real estate services they provide and effectively attend to the needs of their buyers and sellers. Clients are never relegated to an assistant.
Mark and Jeff each developed a unique and valuable set of skills prior to their careers in real estate. Jeff has an MBA in marketing and extensive sales and marketing experience with some of the top companies in the nation. Mark has a Master’s degree in human genetics and years of health care counseling experience. Together, they offer an in depth knowledge of the local community, an astute understanding of what sells and a real sensitivity to the practical and emotional concerns of their clients.
Jeff has restored more than 55 architecturally significant historic homes since 1993, including many properties in Tacoma’s North End. There aren’t many construction-related issues that he hasn’t experienced firsthand. Jeff’s years of renovation experience allow him to provide his clients with invaluable guidance and counsel relating to home improvements.
Jeff and Mark have developed an approach to marketing that ensures their listings will stand out from the crowd. They recognize the value of professional photography, sophisticated support materials, web-based resources and targeted advertising – and they know how to put these tools to work for their equestrian clients.
