I was on my second realtor earlier this year and feeling very depressed about selling my horse property when I received one of Jeff's Washington Horse Properties brochures in the mail. Immediately I knew Jeff Williams was the man to sell my horse property. I contacted him with his brochure still in hand and within moments had the confidence he would and could sell my property. Within days I had switched listing agents for the third time in 6 months, but this time without that hollow feeling in my gut that nothing would change. Immediately Jeff went into action developing a sales plan. I made a few modest changes to my property before the listing became active and after the first open house he received a full price offer. That offer didn't work out, but before the week was over we received a second full price offer and that sale was completed with little effort on my part and to my complete satisfaction a few weeks later. I highly recommend Jeff as a seller's broker and will confidently work with him on finding my ultimate dream horse property in the near future. Due to my military career and gypsy life style, I was forced to buy and sell horse/country properties across the country. The photos they took, including the drone fly-over, formed the basis of a virtual tour that showed the natural beauty/setting of the property and the house. The tour knocked my socks off; after viewing the tour, my sister said that "we should buy that place!" We received multiple offers after the open house -- which surprised me.
